It is learned that the appeal made on August 2, 2024, to the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office in Bursa by PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan’s family and tutelary along with the families and tutelary of Ömer Hayri Konar, Hamili Yıldırım and Veysi Aktaş in İmralı Prison was not responded.

It is learned that news reports on https://www.birgun.net, https://www.cumhuriyet.com.tr, https://www.gazeteduvar.com.tr websites and 3 social media posts about journalist Abdülkadir Selvi and his son-in-law Emre Öğütcen on https://www.birgun.net, https://www.cumhuriyet.com.tr, https://www.gazeteduvar.com.tr websites are banned from access by Ankara Criminal Peace Judgeship No 5 on 31 July 2024, on the grounds of violation of personal rights, and these posts were ordered to be deleted.
It is learned that the Instagram social media platform was banned from access on the grounds of ‘not complying with the ban on catalog crimes’ by the decision of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority dated 2 August 2024.

The claim of violation either is certified through thoroughly investigations of HRFT Documentation Center, including by judicial verdicts, and becomes a definite data or it is not included to the annual report.
