It is learned from the news coverage of March 15, 2024, that Mehmet Erbey, a prisoner in Tekirdağ prison, was transferred to Izmir Buca High-Security Prison against his will, his family was not informed about the transfer, his illnesses progressed due to torture and ill-treatment in prison and he was kept in a single room in the prison he was transferred to.

It is learned that the appeal made on March 15, 2024, to the chief public prosecutor’s office in Bursa by families and tutelary of PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan, and Ömer Hayri Konar, Hamili Yıldırım and Veysi Aktaş in Imralı Prison, to visit them was not responded to.

6 children who were detained on March 12, 2024, in house raids in Şırnak and Cizre on the grounds of ‘denunciation’ against them and taken to Şırnak Provincial Security Directorate, were released on March 14, 2024, after statement procedures at the prosecutor’s office.

It is learned from the news coverage of March 15, 2024, that Dargeçit Public Prosecutor’s Office closed the investigation against Ali Tapan, then Dargeçit District Gendarmerie Commander, about the killing of 7 people in Çelik Rural Neighbourhood of Dargeçit district of Mardin on July 3, 1993, by giving the decision of ‘no prosecution’.
In December 1993, the Dargeçit Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office decided not to take jurisdiction in the investigation launched by the Dargeçit Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office into the killing of 7 people, and the file was sent to the Diyarbakır State Security Court (DGM) Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office. The DGM had closed the file with a decision of ‘no prosecution’. Upon the application of the relatives of the 7 murdered people to the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office with Special Authority on November 1, 2013, an investigation was initiated against Dargeçit District Gendarmerie Commander Ali Tapan on the charge of ‘intentional killing of more than one person’, and the file was sent to Dargeçit Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office in 2014. The Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office decided ‘no prosecution’ in 2020. As a result of the objection made to the Midyat Criminal Peace Judgeship, the decision of ‘no prosecution’ was lifted in 2021 and the file was sent back to the Dargeçit Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.

It is learned from the news coverage of March 15, 2024, that the Diyarbakır Public Prosecutor’s Office appealed to Diyarbakır Heavy Penal Court No 9 for the acquittal of former Diyarbakır Bar Association chair Cihan Aydın and executive board members Muhlis Oğurgül, Ahmet Dağ, Erhan Aytekin, Fırat Üger, Gazal Bayram Koluman, Mehmet Akbaş, Serdar Çelebi, Tevfik Karahan, Ömer Şeran and Özgür Yılmaz Biçen, on the grounds of their declaration on Armenian Genocide on April 24, 2020.

It is learned from the news coverage of March 14, 2024, that the person who was detained in relation to the armed attack on the Peoples’ Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) election vehicle on Sivas Street in the Kocasinan district of Kayseri on March 13, 2024, was released after statement procedures.
It is claimed in the news coverage of March 15, 2024, that Expert Sergeant T. I., who is on duty in Şırnak Uludere District Gendarmerie Command, threatened village guards and residents of Bulakbaşı neighborhood of Uludere to vote for the Justice and Development Party (AKP). It is learned that the DEM Party filed a criminal complaint to the Uludere Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.
On March 15, 2024, Socialist Party of the Oppressed (ESP) Youth Assembly member Mihriban Mete Arslan and DEM Party Candidate for Municipality Council Member Muhammed Altınkaya were detained in house raids conducted through an investigation by Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office. The reason for the detention is not known.

It is learned from the news coverage of March 14, 2024, that a total of 5 separate content about the President’s son Bilal Erdoğan on https://ifade.org.tr was blocked from access by Istanbul Anadolu Criminal Peace Judgeship No. 3 on March 13, 2024, and that the content was ordered to be deleted.
