It was learned that Ömer Amilağ, a police officer who was injured in an attack on a police station in the Balçova district of İzmir on September 8, 2025, in which two police officers were killed, died on September 30, 2025, at the hospital where he was being treated.

According to news reports on September 30, 2025, it was learned that the release of Necmiye Boz, an inmate held at Elazığ T-Type Prison who had completed her prison sentence, was adjourned for six months by decision of the Prison Administration and Observation Board (CİGK).

On September 30, 2025, six members of the Association for Solidarity with Prisoners and Their Families (TAYAD) were detained during house raids in Ankara. The names of those detained could not be learned.

On September 30, 2025, during house raids in the Sultangazi district of Istanbul, 13 people were detained on the grounds that they were “members of the organization’s local structure.” The names of those detained are: Evren Özcan, Özcan Eycan, Mecit Şahinkaya, Yetiş Kirmen, Süleyman Keklik, Murat Çiftçi, Şafak Kurt, Musa Kış, Yılmaz Kadıoğlu, Fahrettin Keskin, Ardacan Tokgöz, Emin Aslan, Arda Doğan.

On September 30, 2025, 16 individuals were detained on allegations of “bribery” and “corruption” as part of an investigation targeting the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.
(09/240) Trial of a Journalist and Another Individual in Istanbul…
The trial of journalist Elif Akgül and Mehmet Saltoğlu, which was opened at the Istanbul Heavy Penal Court No. 25 as part of the investigation into the Peoples’ Democratic Congress (HDK), began on September 30, 2025. The indictment seeks punishment for the two individuals on charges of “being a member of an organization.” The court ruled that the judicial control measures against the two individuals should continue and adjourned the hearing to December 4, 2025.
Elif Akgül and Mehmet Saltoğlu were arrested on February 21, 2025, and released on June 2, 2025.

The final hearing of the case against conscientious objector İnan Mayıs Aru, filed at the Kütahya Criminal Court of First Instance No. 3, was held on September 26, 2026. The court sentenced İnan Mayıs Aru to five months in prison.
(09/242) Police Officers on Trial in Diyarbakır…
The trial of three police officers named A.P.İ., İ.K., and L.K. at the Diyarbakır Heavy Penal Court No. 6, concerning the death of a person named Mikail Ekinci as a result of gunfire in the Çermik district of Diyarbakır on April 1, 2023, continued on September 30, 2025. The indictment seeks punishment for the police officers on charges of “murder with intent.” The court rejected the request to arrest the defendant police officers and adjourned the hearing until February 3, 2026.

It was learned that the İdilcan Cultural Center in Ankara was raided by police on September 30, 2025, as part of an investigation targeting TAYAD members, and that a search was conducted in the building.
(09/244) Individuals Detained as Part of an Investigation Based in Izmir…
On September 30, 2025, 35 individuals were detained in operations carried out in 16 provinces as part of an investigation based in Izmir targeting the organization’s military secret structure.
