It is learned from the news coverage of May 27, 2021 that, 1 HPG militant died in an air operation of Turkish Armed Forces to Metina area of Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government on May 21, 2021.
It is learned from the news coverage of May 28, 2021 that, 5 militant died in a clash between HPG militants and military units in Avaşin area of Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government on May 10, 2021.
It is learned from the news coverage of May 30, 2021 that, 6 militants died in clashes between HPG militants and military members in Zap area of Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government on May 19, 20 and 28, 2021.
The Ministry of Interior declared that 1 soldier (Hüseyin Keleş) died in a clash between HPG militants and military members in rural areas of Doğubayazıt district of Ağrı on May 30, 2021.

It is learned from the news coverage of May 30, 2021 that, Cihangir Çeliker, a prisoner in Kocaeli Kandıra F Type Prison No 2, was subjected to physical violence of the correction officers.

The police intervened the press declaration of Youth Assemblies, having a protest about statements of Sedat Peker, on Istiklal street of Beyoğlu district of Istanbul on May 28, 2021 and detained 2 people by using physical violence.

On May 19, 2021 and following days, 18 people have been detained through a Van based investigation against members and executives of MEBYA-DER (Association of People Lost Their Relatives in the Cradle of Civilizations). 6 people are arrested, 11 people are released on judicial control conditions by the court on May 28, 2021. 1 person has been released after statement procedures on May 21, 2021.
Arrested people are: MEBYA-DER co-chair Gülistan Önver, members Cihat Aksu, Ceyda Dindar, Azize Öner, Şevket Kaplan, and Seracettin Bayhar who has been arrested in Istanbul, and was taken to Van despite of his lawyer’s appeal that he has to visit hospital for diabetes treatment.

4 people who were detained on the grounds of ‘making propaganda for an illegal organisation’ on May 27, 2021 in Urfa, is released by the court on judicial control conditions on May 28, 2021.

The final trial of the case against HDP’s former co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş is held at Ankara Heavy Penal Court No 25 on May 28, 2021.
The court sentenced Selahattin Demirtaş to 2 years and 6 months on the charges of ‘threat’ and ‘turning a counterterrorism official into a target’. The case was opened on the grounds that Selahattin Demirtaş threatened and targeted Yüksel Kocaman, Ankara chief public prosecutor back then, by his expressions in his defence at the trial of the case on Ankara Heavy Penal Court No 19 on January 7, 2020.

The final trial of the case on the charges of ‘being an illegal organisation member’ and ‘making propaganda for an illegal organisation’, against Ümran Baturay, a child rights activist, is held at Diyarbakır Heavy Penal Court No 10 on May 28, 2021. The court acquitted Ümran Baturay.

It is learned that the news reports about the allegations that the mayor of Sarıyahşi district of Aksaray has been making use of the means of municipality for his personal needs, published on https://kirsehirhaberturk.com, https://www.sozcu.com.tr websites are banned to access on the grounds of violation of personal rights, by Aksaray Penal Court of Peace No 1 on May 25, 2021.
It is learned that the news reports about the person who was subjected to physical violence for he did not stand up in front of the sub-governor in İpekyolu district of Van, published on https://www.birgun.net, https://artigercek.com websites are banned to access on the grounds of violation of personal rights, by Van Penal Court of Peace No 3 on May 26, 2021.
It is learned that the news reports about the videos of Sedat Peker, published on https://www.cumhuriyet.com.tr, https://www.gercekgundem.com, https://www.yurtgazetesi.com.tr websites are banned to access on the grounds of violation of personal rights, by Manisa Alaşehir Penal Court of Peace on May 27, 2021.

On May 28, 2021, 30 people are detained in operations covering 6 cities through an Istanbul based investigation.
7 of 15 people who were detained through an Istanbul based investigation are arrested by the court on May 29, 2021. 8 people are released provided that 1 of them will be on judicial control conditions.

The Ministry of Health declared that 164 people died due to Covid-19 pandemic and 656 new Covid-19 ill patients were diagnosed on May 28, 2021. It is also declared that the daily number of Covid-19 cases is 7,773.
The Ministry of Health declared that 137 people died due to Covid-19 pandemic and 605 new Covid-19 ill patients were diagnosed on May 29, 2021. It is also declared that the daily number of Covid-19 cases is 7,656.
The Ministry of Health declared that 134 people died due to Covid-19 pandemic and 582 new Covid-19 ill patients were diagnosed on May 30, 2021. It is also declared that the daily number of Covid-19 cases is 6,933.
The death toll from Covid-19 in Turkey increased to 47,405 and total number of confirmed ill patients is 5,242,911 as of May 30, 2021.
