The person who was subjected to the imposition of being a spy stated the following to the press: “As soon as I entered the director’s office, ten plainclothes police officers entered the room. They said there was a report and showed my photograph and said ‘We will interview you’. They did not take me to the police station. They did not let anyone in the room. They told me things like, ‘You were carrying a gun, you were going to go to the mountains’. They asked me a few more questions and said, ‘If you do what we want, we will place you in the university. I reacted to what they said and rejected their offer. Despite my refusal, they kept coming at me with offers and questions. I stayed in that room with them for several minutes. My best friend wanted to enter the room but they wouldn’t let her in. Finally they said ‘we want to communicate with you, do you have a phone?’ When I said ‘no’ they said they would buy me a phone. I did not accept this offer and they gave me money and a phone coercively. On the other day, it continued in the same way and they asked me questions such as ‘you will give us names’, ‘who works for the terrorist organization, who helps them’. Again, they asked about my relatives who were unrelated to the incident. I reiterated that I did not know anyone and would not accept their offer. The next day I called my father and told him about the incident. We applied to the necessary places. After the prosecutor’s office, I went to the Human Rights Association (IHD) and filed a criminal complaint.”
