It is learned that the appeal made on August 22, 2023 to chief public prosecutor’s office in Bursa by the lawyers of PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan, in order to visit him was not responded.

On August 22, 2023, a person whose name could not be learned, saying “I’m hungry, I can’t make a living, I can’t pay my rent. What should I do, kill myself?” was detained with handcuffs behind their back in front of the Ministry of Family and Social Services in Ankara.

The Ministry of National Defence announced on August 22, 2023 that, 2 people were detained in alleged attempt to illegally flee to Greece.
