(11/111) Curfew in Nusaybin…
The curfew in Nusaybin district of Mardin reached its 7th day on 19 November 2015. Special Forces conducted operations on 18 November 2015 and Hasan Dal (45) was killed when his house in Abdulkadirpaşa quarter was attacked with grenade thrower.
Special Forces also opened fire in the same quarter and Güle Tutak was wounded. Her son Yılmaz Tutak was also shot to death by the police previously.

Governorate of Siirt announced on 18 November 2015 that 4 regions in Eruh and Pervari districts of the province were decided to be temporary security zones for 15 days. Entrance of civilians to the security zones was also banned.

The police conducted house raids on 18 November 2015 in Giresun and detained a member of People’s Houses (Halkevleri) and 2 members of Joint June Movement (Birleşik Haziran Hareketi) on the allegations of “insulting the State President” on Facebook.

Diyarbakır Heavy Penal Court No 5 concluded on 18 November 2015 to hear the case against Sebahat Tuncel, Co-Spokesperson of Peoples’ Democratic Congress (HDK) and former MP, launched in connection with a speech she gave in Diyarbakır.
The indictment wanted the defendant to be sentenced on charges of “making propaganda of an illegal organisation”. The court acquitted Sebahat Tuncel on the grounds that the act of the defendant was not described as an offence in the law.

The police conducted house raids on 19 November 2015 in Bayraklı district of İzmir in connection with a “DHKP-C (Revolutionary People’s Liberation Party – Front) Investigation” and detained 11 members of People’s Front (Halk Cephesi).

Co-Mayor of Cizre district Leyla İmret who was dismissed from duty by the Ministry of Interior Affairs was detained on 18 November 2015 in Diyarbakır.
Public Prosecutor in Diyarbkır demanded Leyla İmret to be arrested on the allegations of “inciting people armed uprising”, “making propaganda of an illegal organisation”, and “inciting people hatred and enmity”. But the court released her.
On 18 November 2015, financial police raided municipality in Digor district of Kars. Co-mayors Ekrem Bingül and Şengül Erkmen were detained.
The police conducted house raids on 18 November 2015 in Şirvan district of Siirt and detained 15 members and executives of Democratic Regions Party (DBP) and Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP).
İzzet Eruncak and Harun Kaya who were detained on 18 November 2015 in Mersin were arrested on the same day on the allegations of “being member of an illegal organisation”.
