It is learned from the news coverage of November 13, 2023, that wards of political prisoners in the Balıkesir Bandırma T Type Prison No.2 were searched at 3.00 a.m., and personal belongings of prisoners were seized during the search.
It is learned from the news coverage of November 14, 2023, that Şerafettin Demir, a prisoner in Ankara Sincan High-Security Prison No.1, was subjected to disciplinary proceedings on the grounds of ‘making propaganda for an illegal organization’ in a letter he sent and was sentenced to solitary confinement for 13 days.

The final hearing of the case against Tezcan Karakuş Candan, Chair of the Ankara Branch of the Chamber of Architects, Nihal Evirgen, Secretary of the Ankara Branch of the Chamber of Architects, Muteber Osmanpaşaoğlu, Ece Yoltay, members of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Architects, was held on November 13, 2023, after the conviction verdicts in the case filed against them due to the award given by the Ankara Chamber of Architects to Jin TV reporter in the ‘International Television Journalism’ category were overturned by the Penal Department of Ankara Regional Court of Justice No.19. The court acquitted 4 people.

It is learned from the news coverage of November 13, 2023, that the Istanbul Public Prosecutor’s Office prepared an indictment against 6 police officers for torture and ill-treatment under the custody of Berkay Ustabaş, Berkan Bütün and Sedef Özer, who were detained during the protests in Istanbul on June 1, 2022, for the anniversary of Gezi Park protests.

On November 13, 2023, the trial of the case against 37 people, including 24 arrestees, for the bombing attack on the Istiklal Street in the Beyoğlu district of Istanbul on November 13, 2022, in which 6 people lost their lives, continued at Istanbul Heavy Penal Court No 13. The court released 6 people and adjourned the hearing to January 22, 2024.
