The police intervened Dilbent Türker in Bolu on August 10, 2021, on the 11th day of her march from Istanbul to Ankara for she had been dismissed from her job because of union membership. The police detained Dilbent Türker and All Automotive and Metal Workers’ Union (TOMİS) representative Onur Eyidoğan. 2 people are released on the same day.

The Ministry of Health declared that 124 people died due to Covid-19 pandemic and the daily number of Covid-19 cases is 26,597 as of August 10, 2021.
The death toll from Covid-19 in Turkey increased to 52,435 and total number of confirmed ill patients is 5,968,868 as of August 10, 2021.
