(11/050) Persons Killed by the Police in Diyarbakır…
Mehmet Gündüz (Yavuz) (45) was shot to death and Seyfettin Kurt (44), Kudbettin Çiçek and Abdulsamet Kesici (50) were wounded when the police opened fire against a coffee house during the operations on 9 November 2015 in Silvan district of Diyarbakır where curfew was implemented for the 6th time in the last few months.
Yakup Sinbağ (20) was also killed during the operations in the Tekel quarter on the same day. A police officer was also wounded during the clashes in the district.

3 militants were reportedly killed during the military operations conducted on 5 November 2015 in the rural area of Dicle district in Diyarbakır.
A non-commissioned officer died and a police officer was wounded when a military convoy was opened fire on 10November 2015 in Yüksekova district of Hakkari.
(11/052) Persons Shot by the Police in Şırnak…
The police opened fire against people who staged a demonstration on 9 November 2015 in Cizre district of Şırnak to protest in the curfew and operations in Silvan district of Diyarbakır. Mehmet Emin Butanri and Rafet Aşut were shot and wounded by the police.
(11/053) JİTEM (Diyarbakır)/ Musa Anter Case…
Ankara Heavy Penal Court No 6 continued on 9 November 2015to hear the gendarmerie intelligence service JİTEM case against 16 defendants including 5 on-the-run defendants launched in connection with the killings of 26 persons including Musa Anter in Diyarbakır and neighbouring provinces. The case was transferred to Ankara for security reasons.
After the presentations of the lawyers, remanded confessor Hamit Yıldırım and defendant soldier Savaş Gevrekçi testified at the hearing. The court rejected to release the only remanded defendant Hamit Yıldırım to be tried without remand and adjourned the hearing to 11 December 2015.

N.Y. was arrested on 9 November 2015 in Kırşehir on the allegations of “insulting the State President” with the slogans s/he shouted during a demonstration staged to protest in the massacre in Ankara on 10 October 2015.
T.Ç. (28) who was detained on 9 November 2015 in Kırşehir for the same allegations was also arrested according to the Article 299 TPC.
(11/055) Operations throughout Turkey…
Suat Akdeniz who was detained in Taşlıçay district of Ağrı during the operations conducted against the members and executives of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP), Democratic Regions Party (DBP), and Peoples’ Democratic Congress (HDK) was arrested on 9 November 2015 on the allegations of “being member of an illegal organisation”.
4 persons who were detained in Ceylanpınar district of Şanlıurfa and reportedly subjected to torture in custody were arrested on the allegations of “being member of an illegal organisation”.
HDP district exective Serdar Fırathan and Deniz Günaşan who were among 3 persons detained during the house raids on10 November 2015 in Ceylanpınar district of Şanlıurfa were arrested on the allegations of “making propaganda of an illegal organisation”.
7 persons were detained in Viranşehir district of Şanlıurfa in connection with a “Patriotic Revolutionary Youth Movement (YDG-H) Investigation”. 4 persons were also detained in Bismil district of Diyarbakır.
